  • We Ship Through Pargo

    Milani Urban has partnered with Pargo for a new and convenient way of parcel delivery to South Africans.

    Pargo has set up a network of pickup points in popular stores. Milani Customers can now order their fashion on our site and pick it up at a store close to their office or home when it suits them.

    We offer the Pargo option on the checkout page.

    Customers simply have to click the map and pick their preferred pickup point.

    Once the parcel is on its way, delivery notifications will be sent out via email and sms.

  • Exchanges

    You may return your product for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the item.

     

    If your return is requested/processed after 14 days of receiving the order, it will be eligible for return towards RSA. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible for return. 

     

    The product must be returned in new condition, never worn, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be refused. The return cost is at the customer charge.
